I love CAKES!!!

I too love eating cakes. And I don't mind at all gaining few pounds of weight because of cakes. Well, maybe because i'm not the type that easily gain weight because of food. Anyway, i too like tiramisu. In fact, tiramisu happens to be my brother's favorite and black forest is my mother-in-law's favorite. However, my all-time favorite cake is chocolate mud cake. Well, actually, I love all chocolate-based cakes especially the moist ones. But not many cake shops here in my territory bake chocolate mud cake. So everytime i craved for one, i will go to my favorite place which is TGIF. They bake excellent and delicious chocolate mud cake. I am so lucky that my husband, family and my in-laws are all cake lovers. So we like going and eat cakes every now and then together.

chocolate cakes are my all time favorite. i have tried tiramisu but i just can't stand the bitter after taste. i don't like much the black forest, too since i don't like cherries. hehe. anyway, i eat more than two slices per day. that's how addictive chocolate cake is for me.

I love tiramisu but not the store bought ones.I make mine at home,with a lighter coffee and don't use liquer in it.I tried the store bought one once,and it tasted full of marsala.I don;t drink so that really put me off.I decided to make my own lighter version.And I just love it.I also love chocolate cakes.I do a lot of baking at home.so when a craving arises,the cake is never far away!:)I cannot digest diary that easily but I cannot stay away from cakes either!
