How long did it take you to reach the 10$ mark?

depending on how much you participate in mylot or how active you are... i believe that the more active you are the faster to reach the $10 mark. i hit a little more than $10 after 3 weeks since joining. that's about 271 posts that i made. some mylotters are faster, reaching it in a matter of days. just keep doing quality posts to reach your target earnings faster. avoid one-liners if possible. be relevant to the topic so that it can be useful to the discussion. enjoy and goodluck! :) hope this helps. you are almost the 100 posts mark... goodluck to your star rating! :)

I'm so far from the $10.00 mark, it's funny. But, I am not here for just the pennies. I want to learn about what people are saying. Given that most of my life, I've care very little about what others think. But, I find that listening to what others think enables me to know myself a little better. Plus, there are discussions that would not come up anywhere else. So, it's all in the fun.

I have been on here for three to four months and i just have about $4.So maybe if i'll stay on lets say like eight more months(maybe,my calculation is obviously not accurate),i'll reach $10.Also it depends on how much time you spend on here.I have friends who joined after me and got paid twice..i think,anyways don't give up.

Well, the amount of money u earn here is directly proportional to how ur referrals r threading here. Even I hv d same problem as urs coz my referrals r n't doing anything 4 me.

I have been here for about 20 days.I have not used it at all for one whole week since I was having my university practical exams were going on..So in actual I ve been here for about 14 days.Most of these days I worked alone in mylot for about 2 hours a day...I ve crossed my $10 mark in todays updated earnings..I think ist pretty decent or good for a beginner like me..I ve 5 referrals out of which the guy I ve added yesterday is becoming active..He has earned me 5 cents yesterday...In yiur case it sounds like long time...But once you start it and do hard work,your income will go up and up daily...You know how much I earned on first few days?It were 2,5,4,8,19 cents..Then on 6th day I had 54 cents..So dont quit it and keep working hard...

I think there are three ways for earning more here at mylot.First, the more you post discussions/responses the more you earn.Second, the better the quality an more the no of sentences/words of your post more you earn.Third you can earn by uploading images. Now first does not require any explanation.As for second, the length of the discussion ,as noted by some of the oldies at mylot, increase your payout per respose.It is quite logical also as for giving a lengthy response you have to devote more time and hence increase in the payout.The quality also matters you should try to give genuine responses and not just for the sake of responding and also choose good topics for responding. Try uploading photos as they also earn you .As you have mentioned in your comments that you get paid only for one photo even if you upload any number of photo's then I think there is some mistake on your part as my earnings always increase with the increase in the number of photos. As far as star rating is concerned it is the number you can see over the stars of different members and if you put your mouse over the star you will see a number which gives the reputation.They are determined by the ratings given to us by other members . The ratings are + , - ! options on the right side of the discussions/responses/comments. If more and more members rate your responses + your rating will increase and also your reputation.So one should always try to give good responses to discussions so that members give us + ratings.The ratings are shown once a member reaches 100 posts.

There's a really simple solution to your problem. If you want to make more money here, just participate more. If you're only going to post 25 replies a week, you might just as well quit now. Even if you don't have active referrals you can make more money than you're making now.

I guess in a month.. This is just my prediction. I haven't earned $10 yet..
