P U D D I N G!!! Nothing so good as chocolate pudding! And I mean homemade! I like Jello Pudding, but my mother's recipe below will have you hooked! INGREDIENTS: 3 squares unsweetened chocolate (3 ounces) 3 cups milk 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoons vanilla extract PREPARATION: In a saucepan, cook 2 2/3 cups of the milk with chocolate, stirring until chocolate is melted and milk is scalded. Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt; stir in remaining 1/3 cup milk. Add to scalded milk and chocolate mixture and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes to thoroughly cook cornstarch. Cool slightly; stir in vanilla and pour into serving dishes. Chocolate pudding recipe serves 6

Thanks for sharing a great low-fat recipe. Here's another one I love and it's so easy to make. This is for a great low-fat strawberry ice cream. Three egg whites One pint of strawberries Sugar substitute to taste Beat the egg whites to froth and fold in the sweetener to taste. Fold in sliced strawberries and keep whipping until you have a full bowl of the mixture. Freeze and then eat a delicious low-fat dessert.

I have never heard of this before but how easy would that be to make . I will mention this one to my children as I am sure they would like to try this to see if it they like it and if they don't , well at least it didn't cost much to try this recipee out lol . I have very few favorite recipees I like to make as I really don't enjoy baking of any kind . I have a few recipess that I do make up once in awhile but not very often . I would say my favorite would be the one for puff wheat square . It is made from the cereal puff wheat and then there is sugar , cocoa and something else mixed together and pored over the cereal . It is also easy to make but not sure exactly on what I need for it as I always call my sister when I want to make them as I always lose the recipee lol .
