how to forget your ex?

i had an exboyfriend. i still love him until now even though he had a new girlfriend.i know, it was stupid to still love him. i've been tried to get a new relationship. but i couldn't lie, i couldn't love my new boyfriend, so we decide to end this stupid relationship.actually i dont want to be in this situation... so hao should i do?

This does not make you stupid to still have feelings for someone that you were with . We all fall for someone who will not feel the same way for us but we can't help how we feel .
Time will make things easier for you as this is the only thing that will make things easier . You can go out with family and friends and when you meet someone else they will become more important to you and then one day you will realize your feelings for your ex are no longer as strong .
Don't put yourself down as we have all made mistakes of caring for someone that can't feel the same way for us but this just shows that you do have feelings and can care for others in life .
