. Understands Requirements very clearly, if in future changed then this is his fault. . Make functional specifications, if client is not satisfied then again this is his fault. . Prepare DesignDoc, if changed in future whether srs by client changed or not, then again this is his fault. . If Code Freeze is not completed by deadline then again this is his fault. . If QA is not satisfied by the code flow then again this is his fault. . If BUG either valid or invalid opened by QA, not resolved then again this is his fault. . Fault... Fault...Fault.. When every time This is Software Developer's Fault... why company choose them...:)
