For the life of me I can't figure out how to lighten my load. I'm not one to put off work or leave it for the other guy. But what bakes my biscuits is when I'm given work that isn't in my realm of expertise and I'm expected to take on the additional load. At some point the dam has to burst. I won't be party to a plan that doesn't allow me to succeed.
