Porta Potti

I just wonder if there is anyone who have experiences with this toilet, we just bought a new boat whith a Porta Potti installed and wonder if you can smell it, is it easy to maintain, to use, to keep clean, any good addvice would be nice !

We dont have a porta potti on our boat, but we do in our pop up trailer. We usually all prefer to use the toilet in the big RV instead of the little on in the pop up trailer. Ours doesnt smell but maybe its because my dad or boyfriend clean it all the time, however, we only use it in emergencys. They clean it after every trip and use clorox to disenfect and kill any smells so it wont smell at all. They empty it, rinse, then toilet cleaner, and then rinse again. Hope this helps a little.

You can buy special deodorizers for them at most sporting goods stores.
