Do YOU have a WORD or SAYING that you SAY all the TIME??

We all do it, we have a word or saying that we say a lot when we are talking, although we may not realize that we say it as much as we do, others either pointed it out, or you are fortunate like me, to have a child repeat it to you when you say it alot ... mine are "let's go" or "here we go", what are yours?

I curse a lot. I really do. I must say the "f" word in ever sentence. Really bad habit. Other than that, lol..I say " do you know what I mean? " a lot.

My saying is "Oh, my word!" I say it a lot when I hear something incredible. I also say "Peace!" and "Peace, baby!" while giving the peace sign.
