Allergic

I have am allergic with certain foods. Most of them are seafoods, it makes my whole body itchy. My doctor advise me to try and still eat those kind of foods but not that much. He told me that my immune system will get used to it and will no longer have this allergy or at least will lessen.

I am allergic to dust.I cannot stay at a place where there is dust as immediately I will start sneezing and coughing.I cannot tolerate a dusty blanket and it causes sometimes a lot of trouble to me.I also catch cold easily and for most time of the year I am suffering from cough and cold.Though coughs and cold are quite common problems but I think they are the most irritating.Just because of these I have to take great care when I visit someone's place in other city.I have to explain it to everyone about my problems as a person, constantly sneezing and coughing, leaves a bad impression on others.I don't know if ever I will get rid of these problems.
