try Twin LAB,S amino fuel, it consist of all the amino acid chain, i think its expensive because its one of the best brand in the states. if you want to be natural try eggs(boiled), beef (grilled)chicken(boil it without salt or spices) these are good source of protein. one more thing .. the reaction of protein to the body is pimples..:)

Hi firefury,
I highly recommend Shaklee supplements. They offer several sports drinks that keep you hydrated and allow you to maximize your workout. Also, suggest protein shakes and bars.
Take a look at my website www.shaklee.net/makingadifference

you're the second one who gave me that suggestion. how exactly do they work? i think you understand that i would also like to take some extra precautions before taking any of these. i am sorry if i have a lot of questions. i just want to know more. also, my main concern is to add up some weight because i am very lean. and some people even say i'm skinny. so i want to be able to have some more meat into these bones. hehehe... that way, i have something to build or work-out for. thank you so much for the suggestions. please send me messages for any additional details.
