Good Remedy for Cold?

Has anyone got a good remedy for a cold out there?

A good bowl of chicken noodle soup, a comfy blanket, the remote control, and some time...That is pretty much it, as well as some tylenol cold, or something to take and plenty of water, and some good sleep/ =)
