I know the best nachos I have ever had were in a little cafe in Brisbane, Australia called "The Jazzy Cat Cafe".
The plate was piled high with oven-roasted tortilla chips, a river of salsa and shredded chicken with a smattering of olives and jalapenos, lots and lots of melted cheese, and huge globs of sour cream and guacamole.
They were absolutely delicious. Incredibly messy - but so, so good. A friend and I ate them and drank Coronas. It was a wonderful afternoon!

i love loading up my nachos! I put everything on the from meat or chicken, black olives, tomatoes, onions, melted cheese, jalapenos, and guacomole, salsa and sour cream! That is the best way I like to make them

I like mine with lots of melted cheese (not the nacho cheese stuff but real cheese), lots of salsa, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, scallions, sour cream, jalepenos, and black beans. Yummy!

That sounds so good. My husband and I make nachos at least 4 times a week. They are our favorite meal!

Alright here's my recipe for the perfect plate of nachos. You got to get Tostidos chips and Ragu double cheddar cheese. Put the chips on a plate and pour the cheese over the chips. Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds and TADA!!! You'll love 'em! I'm not so into putting salsa and spicy stuff like that on them. You need to try my recipe though. You won't be able to stop eating them!

First I fry my meat with some onions (either ground beef or cut up chicken with some fajita seasoning). Then I start with a layer of nacho chipsthe put (in this order) cheese, meat mixture, veggies(green/red/yellow pepper, tomatoes, olives, jalapeno peppers - all diced) and repeat until the cassarole dish if overfilled. Then I put the cassarole dish on a cookie sheet to catch the drippings and bake until cheese on top is golden and crusty that way I know the middle cheese it melted. I serve with lots of sour cream (sometimes a half and half mixture of cour cream and cream cheese) and salsa!
