how often do you get angry or should i say to what extent do you get to your limits and just say i cant take this anymore.are you the type that react easily or you just keep cool while angy.lets hear your views

I get angry very fast.. I cant cool myself when i get angry.. If he is my senior my anger may be less but to my junior it would be at the top..
