Can we call 'Lazying is Relaxing'

After working hard it's time to relax, but i think anything more than that you could call being lazy. I have known people that relax a little too much and feel like saying "get off your butt and do something", but in the end, it doesn't do anything. I think procrastination can be percieved as being lazy also. Relaxation is something we need to do for our bodies but laziness is just being selfish in my opinion..:)
