Forgot what?I had an "issue" about 6yrs. ago and forgot a large amount of info that I had to "relearn".The useless stuff I dont remember,I think.

I don't think that any information in brain is useless anyway. You may or may not agree that many actions that we do are as a result of organized brain reaction to some stimulus in which brain uses all bits of information about the situation and condition.
I will give you some examples to clear my point. have you experienced that when you do something, the very first time, you take more time. in your later tries, you will take lesser and lesser time and a stage may come when you do the things right, automatically, with out even bothering to think what you are doing. like if you know how to drive a car. you must have remembered that the first time you started driving rather learning, you use to pay attention to gear, clutch, brake etc etc but once you are use to them, you don't even think how your body parts are coordinating with each other yet doing the right thing. it's just because of the stored bits of information in your brain. i hope i have made it somewat clear. bes tof luck.
