What is your favorite type of gun in counter strike?

I personaly like the pump shoty because not many people use them and they give some pretty impressive damage when you shoot someone in the head. I also like the awp =\ too many people use it though becuase its so easy to get kills with it.

I am replying based on experience playing it on the amateur level (intra-college competition) and the CS build circa '03 (not the Source version).
Listening to pro tips and reading guides, i used Desert Eagle as secondary and that Heckler and Koch submachinegun as primary. Normally i sprayed my opponent first and if he somehow survived the submachinegun shower i'll hit him with the DE. Probably outdated tactic now.
I played CS:Source a few times but since i had graduated, had a job and bigger responsibility, i stopped playing. But i still dream of the exhilaration of Counter Strike.

back when i used to play it, long time ago, 1.0 - 1.5, i used to run around with the P90 and the five-seven, haha, no one else used that. I didn't use the sniper rifles as much, i like running around rather then sitting in one space.

my favorites are the most commonly used ones... the maverick(M4A) and the CV-47(AK47)... they r just gr8...
