there are a lot of good wrestler retired all over this years and still WWE is standing tall. Undertaker is not WWE... Mr Mcmahon is WWE so it depends on how good he is going to manage his business. some has to go and a lot of new faces will come and join it.

I agree, but think it would loose some rating, as Undertaker is the best, and the Corner stone of the WWE, and personally think he should not reitre yet, until he gets another championship and retire with it.

My gut feeling is that Undertaker will retire at the end of the year. I don't think anybody else will, though. Granted Kane, Flair, Shawn Michaels are all getting up there in age, but they can still work a full schedule if they want to.
Even if they did retire, there's more than enough talent to keep WWE running strong. John Cena and Batista are right there, Bobby Lashley, Ken Kennedy, Umaga, Kenny Dykstra, Carlito, the Hardys, Edge, Randy Orton, Chris Masters, Chris Benoit, MVP ... there's just too much good talent right there. And there's more in the tank at Ohio Valley Wrestling and Deep South Wrestling.

u r pretty right kamnet.....let's see who replaces john cena....as we have no great feuds left like bret hart and shawn michaels, rock and austin,etc.,....let's hope orton gets a push now instead of edge!!!

I hope that he doesnt retire for a couple of years yet. Personally, I think WWE wont close down, as it has up and coming superstars, and superstars such as Batista, John Cena, Bobby Lashley, Kennedy etc... But mabye it will loose ratings, and knowbody will replace him. Also I think that WWE should try and create a character similar to him.

Is the undertaker definately retiring this year or do you just think he is going to?
I think he will also retire soon and the fact he won the championship from Batista as Wrestlemania on Sunday sort of confirms that for me.
I think Ric Flair should have retired years ago. I hope Kane doesnt retire - I like him.
I dont know how much longer Shawn Michaels will continue either as he has been there for a very long time and a couple of times I think he has come close to retiring.
I wish Rey Mysterio and Triple H will recover from their ops and come back.
The wrestlers you mention are all good but I think they will need to bring some new faces into it soon to keep it interesting.
Like the name - I saw him at a gig in Birmingham in 2004. he was fantastic.

I hope Kane and Undertaker dont retire, they are my favourtie, and Undertaker being my favourite of alll time. I think that WWE will probably live on, but it wont be the same wirth out the Legends of Kane and Undertaker and even Flair. But I think that without superstars like these, I think it will have a less positive effect if they retire.

Hi sebastianbach...! this is just like the story of Hulk Hogan when he retired everybody thought that was the end of WWE but thier are the young studs like Triple H, HBK, any many more & now we have John Cena & Batista to applause with... i dont think the Undertaker will retire this year, his too healthy & they need a big strong guy to match up with Batista the Smackdown wrestler either too small, too much talk, or both & they will just gang up like they did when King Booker was the title holder... yeah! Rick Flair should retire his too sweaty & old to watch its better to change channel when his wrestling... hehehe! WWE is a long running telenovela so anything can happen... thanks for reading!

I do feel the same vibe, starting from the moment Undertaker choses Batista as his opponent for Wrestlemania. There's something in my gut that tells me 'Oh no, 'Taker would be champ and the belt is his last hurrah before he leaves' and with 'Taker crowned champ half of my prediction had come true.
But never fear, superstars come and go as with Hogan, Rock, Foley and new stars would come and take their place. I feel it is necessary for WWE to be that way, its one way to keep the whole wrestling going and gives us, the viewers, fresh feuds to savor.

I doubt the undertake will retire this year I mean reicflair is in his 50s and hes still going I think the undertaker has up to 5 years at the most with this company and hes proven it when he was world champ that he still has it since he put on some classic matches with batista so the undertaker is far from done and I highly doubt he will retire this year unless if he gets a serious injury that will have to cause him to retire.

I'm not sure if 'Taker will retire this year but I do think he'll go back to be a part-time performer. It seems to be able to help extend his career.
Kane I'm not sure on when he'll retire exactly. Only time will tell.
Flair I could see retiring the earliest of the 3 mentioned above.
Cena will be lasting for a while and barring any major injuries, he'll be probably carrying the WWE on his shoulders like he's doing now.
Batista, I don't know how long he'll last. It's a good question. It will depend on injuries and staying healthy.
HBK, I could see going to a part-time schedule once he returns to the ring.
HHH, I think if he gets another injury like the Quad injuries, I would say it would be time for him to retire.

I am not so sure that the Undertaker will retire - Jim Ross posted on his blog that he spoke to the Undertaker and that he said that he didn't really consider 'retirement' to be an option any time soon.
However, Ric Flair will probably retire at this year's Wrestlemania.
But I don't think that WWE will end - they aren't depending on one or two superstars. Plus, guys like Burke, CM Punk, Mr. Kennedy and MVP are going to be huge in the future.
But it will definitely be an end of an era when The Phenom retires.

Is it true that Undertaker is leaving WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT this year? Well Ric Flair should have retired years back and his presence is stinking. How can some one watch that oldie for this long. Kane i don't think he will be leaving world wrestling entertainment this soon.
I like Batista the animal and John Cena. They both are currently leading the entertainment sport so good. There are some new generation wrestlers but i don't find any one that good and interesting.
Wish a new generation of wrestlers like Great Khali, Randy Ortan, Mr Kennedy will take over as these guys step down.
Hope to see some change in the wrestling entertainment.

I don't think that WWE would end no matter how many wrestlers will retire. It is a foundation itself. Wrestlers may come and go but it will stay. Even if it is true that those big wrestlers will retire, I'm sure that it would be just a matter of time when new batch of cool wrestlers will be born.
I don't like watching WWE that much but my sister does so I get to watch it when there's no other choice left and all the televisions are taken.
I loved watching WWF before when I was a kid but after watching the Expose Series and their episode about professional wrestling, I just lost interest in it.
