I travel regularly, for work and for pleasure and now only ever book hotels now on the Internet.
I do spend a fair amount of time researching where I am to stay, searching different sites for the best deal and often manage to pick up a bargain. Recently I got a 5 star hotel in London for less than have the advertised price through careful research.
Are you confident in booking hotels through internet sites?

Using the internet is the only way that I have ever booked hotels. If there are reviews about the hotel, then I will read these before I book it. I usually look for four star hotels and when I get a really nice one there is a good chance that I will return to it. I have been booking hotels on the internet for almost ten years now and only once have I been disappointed.

I think this way is the best. Booking hotels online gives you the time that you need to find something really good and cheap.
The truth is that sometimes I am afraid when I have to give the details of my credit card, but until now nothing bad had happened. So, either i am very luck or all those hotels are very careful with the security of their websites.
In any case i am really satisfied with booking hotels and flies online.
