do you think copying and pasting should be banned from mylot???

Nice observation, but please don't get me wrong. I have worked for it, and i am truly enjoying this privilege now. I see to it that I use this purposely to start a discussion and that I also mention if an article is not my own. I agree with you however that to copy-paste another's posts in responding to a discussion is real unfair. Copy-paste has its advantages and disadvantages. Let's just not put it into abuse.

The only time I've wanted to do cut and paste has been for my own posts, actually - if I type a very long post in here, I would feel a lot safer if I could copy it before pressing the 'Post response' button. On most Forums, I do this so that if my Internet connection drops or the websit has a glitch, I can just paste my post in again and re-submit. As it stands on here, if I press 'Post Response' and something bad happens, I have to retype the whole response. I've had this happen three or four times and to be honest it is REALLY annoying. But cutting and pasting other people's posts - that's a no-no!

i found a way to copy and paste in Mylot without having to neccesary posts using Firefox . Am i allowed to post it here ? i think i'm not so anyone who needs it mail me at eukristian@gmail.com

I think the whole thing is weird. I didn't know at first about it, and I posted a long response to someome, went to submit and it didn't work, so I tried to copy/paste what I wrote and I tried to answer the question again and then realized I couldn't do it. I honestly think it should either be everyone can copy and paste or no one can. I mean just because someone reaches a certain point in their rating, it doesnt really make them any more reliable with someone with a 50 or 100 rating, but then thats just my opinion
