She passed away on my oldest sons bithday 3 years ago. So we celebrate my sons birthday and in secret I celebrate her life. I love her so much and still have a hard time letting her go even though she has already passed away.

When my 18 yr old daughter ran away from home with a married man. All is well now, though, as she met somebody else and she is happily married. However, I still have the pain.

Exactly! I do have a same thinking like yours.....after having my own children I always think of that sort of thing too.how to educates them so as they can be good man to society, to their family in future?? I do growth up in quite strict family....we are from an average family and the discplines was very strict when am a small kid..I think maybe the best way is to spend more times with them, to communicates more and always know how they thinking from their young ages..I really hope I can be my sons best friends all the times:) Thanks for sharing your experiences with me:)

the most unforgettable incident in my life is when some of my good friends turned out to be a nightmare for me. they started behaving in a weird way when we went out on a journey, that too in an alien place.

I will never forget the horror of the 9/11 attacks and the despondency I felt as I watched the whole thing unfold over the days and weeks after the attack. This one day changed the attitudes and lives of many people; some for the good, and unfortunately some for the worse.
It made me realize more than ever how precious life is, and how caustic hate and hating other people for their beliefs and cultures can be.
If anything good comes out of that day, I hope it is that we, as individuals, learn to accept people for who they are and stop the hate that is so prevalent in the world today.

Before we married, when my husband and I were dating, something magical happened between us that I had always thought was a movie fantasy, and I will never forget it.
One night, I walked upstairs to ask him to have dinner with me. I stepped over the living room
threshold and stood there while one of the guys went to fetch him. He came walking out of
the kitchen, wearing his construction work clothes--jeans, sweatshirt, boots, watch cap,
eating what looked like a turkey sandwich. And everything and everyone disappeared. No one
existed in that room but the two of us.
