Yucky virus - any cures?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and I have caught the tummy flu from my little girl. I am SO miserable. I went from throwing up and I'm now in the diarreah stage. Has anyone experienced this lately? Also - I'm having lots of Braxton Hicks contractions now because I'm getting dehydrated. Not more than 4 per hour, but about that many. I hope this ends soon...
