Most models that are seen on the runway and magazines are usually tall, slim and pretty. I just don't get it because not all of us are blessed with such characteristics. Not everybody is tall, pretty nor have that slim figure. we are their market so they must go with the reality that their customers are not all model like. I just think that they must get mdoels from every figure and height. That would be the only time we can all see if the products were purchasing will truly suit us.

No I don't think the models should be limited to tall and slim. I think that the designers should use all shapes and sizes of women to model their clothes. I think this would go along way to sending the right message to young girls too and maybe keep some of them from being anorexic and having health problems from being too thin. We all need to beable to feel good about ourselves and sometimes seeing those models don't help.

I think that it is going to remain the tall and superskinny models that are promoted until we as a culture value people regardless of their shape or size.I would love to see models in wheelchairs, models in the 70s and 80s, models who wear braces on their legs or on their teeth, but I just don't see it happening in any other than a tiny way for a long time.
