Filipinos who left the Philippines.....

Any Mylot members here who are from the Philippines but are presently living in other countries? Please share the reason why you left the Philippines. What do you do now and where do you live? I am Filipino (always proud to be one) but I am in China at present. I am working here part time but the reason I left the Philippines was to join my family. I will still go back there because that's where my home is.

Iwas born in the Philippines,have 8 children my husband passed away in 1992. 1999 I was invited to have holiday in Australia and I find the place nice. So I decided to stay for good, luckily I meet an Australian and we get married.very good country they support the pensioners with free hospital, Dr. and medicines.WE still go back in the philippines to have holiday. the best thing is my husband finds my country good place to retire someday........with my grandchildren around.

been here in germany for 5 months now, the reason is to be reunited with my husband. its hard cause i still dont know how to speak the language. my husband like our warm weather and our beaches. we will just save money here and we plan to settle there for good.
