Skid Row Staph Infection

There has been a lot of people comming down with skin infections in Los Angeles that have been connected to "Skid Row Staph." No one seems to agree/admit the danger of outbreaks around the city. Touch something/someone who has it and you could get it. People die from it. Talk to me.

What is skid row staph I have a staph infection as we speak but this is my thrid one in a row. I live in Louisana and I was wondering if you could explain what "skid row staph is? thanks
