About Human Brain.

Scientists say we are separate from other specious, because of our frontal lobe, they say it has enormous capacity to hold ideas and apply them. But scientist also discovered that we are using only 10% of our brain? Why? what is preventing us from doing rest of percentage? They say we are distracted from current environment like TV Commercial, we are not using what our brain want us to do?
