Ringing in the beginning of baseball season...

Yesterday was the real beginning of baseball season for me, since I'm a Padres fan and my team didn't play our first game until yesterday. I bought a bomber of Stone Smoked Porter (a very dark, delicious San Diegan beer - pour it in a glass cup, and you won't be able to see ANY light through it - it's nearly pitch black) and sat at the TV and drank it while eating dinner, as I watched the Padres destroy San Francisco 7-0.
Did you ring in baseball season at all?

Well,I did watch the Toronto Blue Jays squeek out a victory over the Detroit Tigers in extra innings.The game was on pretty early here so I ate breakfast while watching.Not as much fun as you did,but the outcome was great!.I hope the Padres have a good season and see them return to being one of the best teams in the NLW.

They've been the NLW's best team for two years running. The only problem is, both times they have merely squeaked by, and this year, I want them to not only be first place, but to go past round 1, and hopefully make it to the World Series, and win it.
