how to change my profile pic

I want to change my profile picture and just can't seem to find out where I need to do that at. I have gone to "customize your profile", "photos", etc. HELP! LOL

Just go to http://www.mylot.com/nr/editcustomize.aspx . Everything is as it was. :P
