Music causes me severe pain these days.

I have no idea when it started happening, but I can barely tolerate music anymore. Sometimes I try to listen to it on the lowest setting and still hear it, I still get severe headaches and nausea. I'm not sure what to do about it, so that I can enjoy it again.

This is something unique, but I won't discount it as something that cannot happen. It can depend on many facts, mainly pertaining to your health condition and stress factors. I guess it is time to sort it out, as this may lead you to ageneral intolerance to all good things in life.

I'm not too sure about that. I have no problems with tv or movies. Just music for some reason. And its a new thing. Total mystery.

Music makes you nauseous? How come? Maybe you've got really sensitive ears or something.

Which type of music are you listening. I mostly listen to classical music and it relaxed my mind. Try some Mozart,Strauss and Beethovan. I hope you get well soon and be able to enjoy music again.

It is actually all different types. I even tried Christian, which I like a lot of anyways, but it too hurts. It is a real mystery to me.

See, I knew you could find something to post! I hope you get to your goal!! Is it just because you arae pregnant or has it been longer than that. Try upping the base and lowering the treble or visa versa and see if it helps. Good luck!

I have been having this problem for some time now. Although lately it does seem that many noisy things bother me. My son, music, games! I cannot have sound on games these days. About the only thing that doesn't bother me is TV.
