On or off?

Do you sleep with the lights on or off? I have difficulty sleeping with the lights on.

Like you, I'm also having difficulty of sleeping when the lights is on. For some, darkness is scary, well for me it's not. I love being in the dark because it feels like silence. Besides, I don't believe in ghost so I have no problem in dealing with my fear. - Ron Reyes www.ronreyes.co.nr

I can sleep with them on, but prefer them to be off. I like to go to sleep with the tv on... it is relaxing to me.
