I've been working for 10 years and have been dealing with different boss/managers.Some is inconsiderate,perfectionist and closed minded.For that long years of working,I've come to realized that one way or another that being a boss is really a though job.I've been a supervisor and honestly I even applied to be like that,because of the expectation of your immediate superior that the work must be done not only to be good but to be the best!But in doing so,your employees thinks differently and starting to hate you,do you have some suggestions how to treat these kinds of personnel?
