On the Gibson website I found there are a lot of different Les Paul models... Les Paul Standard, Les Paul Studio and others... Can you tell me the differences?

i know there is very little difference in the sound of
a lp standard and an lp custom. have never owned a lp studio but have played a few and never liked the sound ,feel or look of them.
i play a 76 lp standard and love it! it is the nicest playin guitar i have ever picked up and th tone is exceptional. i replaced the gibson tuning keys with grovers and put in seymor duncan pearly gates humbuckers but everything else is standard issue.
the biggest difference between lp's is from one to another. if you find one you like buy it but good luck because the quality of the new ones is not that great in my opinion and the price is thru the roof
good luck.
