What the maximum downloading speed on internet ?

Mine's about 2.5 Mbps when I'm downloading from a good server, but that's rare, so usually around 1.5 Mbps.

I have Airtel lease line Internet service which gives me 1giga speed. This speed suficient for me download everything.

I'm from India nad we have lot of choices to make if we are choosing speed of internet connection. It starts from 64 kbps ( kilo byte per second ) ,128 kbps ,256 kbps , 512 kbps and I have recently heard of 1024 kbps speed too but it's too costly . I'm having speed as 128 kbps and it's good for browsing net and web pages but for downloading it's not worth.

Your download speed depends on what kind of connection your subscribed to. My download speed is same as yours 30-40kbps because my connection speed is 384kbps. If you subscribed for higher bandwith, your download speed will increase as well.

In my office downloading speed is around 1.2-1.3 mb(internet connection 10mbps) .. But in my home it is only 10kb(internet connection 64kbps) per second.. The max downloading speed in my country is around 1.5mb per second.. By your download speed I can tell u that ur internet connection is 256kbps.
