i keep one since i was 12..and i must admit that i didn't write for a long time now,but i have at least 5 or 6 notebooks full of my thoughts and situations since then till now...and it's been almost 10 years..it's interesting to read the after a while and remember how you were back then

well, thats the beauty of it,u dont have to write everyday because then it becomes boring..i only write when i have strong feelings,of sadness and happyness,or when something bothers me and i dont wanna share it with others..or even if something bad or great happened to me..its fun

I use to. But you are right it is very fun to go back again and read them. It kinda takes you right back to those days in your mind! I am glad I kept a journal back then

Yes I too keep diaries, have for many years now and I write all sorts of things in them. I have all my old ones put away and perhaps one day in the future my descendants will be interested enough in what happened in our life to read through them. :)
