What shall we do against the people that want to kill some innocents puppys?

Few weeks ago a dog female borned 5 little and innocent puppys.An old wouman and old man tryed to help making them a little house where to live in.After a while an ugly stupid old man saw that those people were making a crate for puppys and started to scream and swear those people also threaten them.He said he would kill those puppys.I don`t know if somebody see my message,but i`m wondering,what can we do against those bad people?I`m 19 years old..and i want to help those little puppys.

How brutal the man is! I can't believe what person can do so. I all through believe most people both like dog and want hold one. Maybe the old man is begrudging these dogs because nobody was concerned about him. Maybe he won't kill those puppies if someone warning him. I know this isn't a good idea but I haven't another.

yes...too late cause i didn t see those puppys today ,who knows maybe that crazy man killed them:|
