Ya I am also wandering! But after some time i get that the cosmetics which are kept in the market are fully tested and writeen on them "NO SIDE-EFFECTS" and they are tested on animals so frm my point of view it does not affect on human beings and their is company reputes and the produts are marked as "ISO"

I was wondering about that too. I avoid things what hurts my eyes. I never use them again. I would say - nothing is safe these days. Let's just take care of ourselfs.

as long as some one puts it in the correct manner it woundn't couse any damage. make sure that u are pulling ur eyelids down and not appling eye liners on the inside rim of ur eye, because that can cause an eye infection.also as far as the nascara goes, be sure u get a new one once every 3 months.
many peaple dont realize that eyelids are extra prone to absorbing makeup, sometimes creating sensitivities to certain products that may lead to allegic reaction. the journal of the american academy of dermatology noted that use of certain cosmetics such as eyeliners and mascara in sensitive individuals can caose eyelid dermatitis ,an allergic reaction creating puffy eyelids ,itching, irritation, and other symptoms.
so its u to u if u want to use it or not
