how could you make anyone choose between the pair? they are both soooooo damn good, i don't think i could choose one between the other to be honest as i like them too much and too equally, if you had pitted them against something else i might have been able to choose one of them but not pitted against each other.
both trilogies were of the highest quality and had some great action in them plus some great actors and not to mention a damn good story line, if there were some more sequals to come out for both i would watch them and i will watch and prequals of them as well.

Matrix first part was super and scintillating and super innovation.the second and third part of Mtrix was not upto the expected level since it went too far and infact the third part was somewhat boaring for me.Honestly speaking I expected something new from the director but the director failed to fulfil my expectation.

that was a good reply, but to my knowlegde and my interest in cine world, i will tell that Matrix 1st part was exceptionally good, than the other 2 parts. But that was not the case with LOR, all the 3 parts were really good. And technique wise, both the trilogys damn good...
