i do think they work coz they identify the brain regions which respond to conversations n one lies the way the msg is passed differs ........
if you hav a doubt u can go for 1 n check out.........

i dont think lie detector can ever detect liers.But i ahve heard that some detectors help in telling whether the person lies. Taht is used in enquiries at the police stations.I ahve seen this in movies but how far lie detectors are performing well is in great doubts.
