dravid & captaincy

Greg Chappell has already submitted his resignation to BCCI.I feel though Dravid has been a consistent performer even as a captain ,but his leadership qualities have been under the scanner.While changing a captain alone isn't good enough for Indian cricket,but at least reinstating Ganguly or having a new performing face of yuvraj as captain will bring more credence to the team ,but it won't serve any purpose unless players show more commitment towards the game and support each other to rediscover the lost momentum.
