getting into tip-top condition is a great way to prepare for warmer weather. in terms of physical fitness you could simply start by adding walking into your life. it took me 3 months to get up to 3 miles when i started. now, i walk everywhere in my funky trainers. as far as healthy eating goes, try including more raw food. fresh vegetables are delicious raw dipped in houmous or taramasalata, or have a meal a day of just one vegetable like beetroot, peas or potatoes (in their skins). make small comfortable tweaks to your lifestyle - add 2 or 3, or more from this list each week for a month.
- stop adding salt
- use skimmed milk
- eat dark green leaves everyday
- eat a new fruit each day
- eat fish twice a week rather than just once
- stand up to take phone calls (it uses twice as many calories as sitting down)
- stop using escalators
- up your vegetable intake to 3/day
- each afternoon sit down, close your eyes and think of a favourite place for 10 minutes
- eat an orange or yellow food every day.

Tahnks for sharing these tips with us.
One thing that I would like to add to the list is the use of some additives in water. Drinking more and more of the water is good, we all know that, but when your body tis too much exhausted or low on water then it sometime does not absorb water in the same way as it would have done otherwise. You can add a few drops of lemon juice or some swetners that can significantly improve the amount of water absorption by your body. So, instead of drinking a lot of water in a single go go should go for a glass or two of water with something added to it.
