Life sentence Vs Death sentence

If a criminal in judge's perspective cannot improve on his character then should the judge give him a Life sentence or a death sentence???What do you think is the motive behind giving a criminal a life sentence??
Do you think its waste as some of our money in terms of taxes are spent on him/her??Do you think a death sentence would be a better option??

I use to think life sentence, because atleast the person isn't getting the "easy way out". Now, I do not know. Really with how prisons are now days, they aren't being punished. They are getting free room and bored, with TVs and good food. and what not. Did you know some people go commit crimes just so they can go to prison! WTF??? What does that tell you? Honestly, I think it all depends on your crime though. Rape and kill a little child? Hang him infront of the court house at high noon. Go old school!!:)

thxxx...i do agree nowadays there are so many homeless kids and beggars they should be the one who deserve atleast basic facilities ,not criminals inside a cell.

I believe in life sentences but I do mean life....I think they should do some sort of work that pays for their keep and I don't believe they should have privledges such as TV or computers, they should pay for their crimes in every way...
