Yes I think you do and it comes from how you have been in your life. If you have been mean, nasty, grouchy and unloving it will show in your face you will look gloomy and crabby. However if you have been kind, joyful and loving your face will glow with your inner beauty. Of course I was much more glamoeruos in my younger years (photo on my profile) but I am happy the way I look now. I am also very lucky I have hardly any wrinkle and I was a sun lover which is supposed to make your face look wrinkled and leathery when you get older.

I am 55 years young. I'm no pin up model or movie star type, the body is old and sagging, the hair is dyed and the face is lined with wrinkles. However, I feel young and gorgeous, it is what is within that shines, not the outer shell.

Hi reinao, I believe so too. That people become beautiful when they grow old because etched on the lines of their faces are their experiences in life that made them who they are now. The joys, pains, struggles, success they have made through the years are written on their faces. And I considered it beautiful and amazing..
