I haven't read it. Who wrote it? It's a very nice quote though.

i like the line that says sometimes people don't believe even if your telling the truth.simple and we always experiece this almost everyday

"what happened to you once may never happen again,but happened to you twice will surely happen again" something like that. well,with all the quotes in the book, this is the one that i couldn't forget. i'm not sure why. but i love that quote.

i like that too.. actually, there are lots of quotable quotes from The Alchemist. Here are my favorites: "People need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want" "Once you can't go back, you have to worry only the best way of moving forward" "We make a lot of detours, but we're always heading for the same direction" "Because i don't live in either my past or my future. I'm interested only in the present. If you can concentrate always on the present, you'll be a happy man. Life will be a party for you, a grand festival, because life the moment we're living right now." i like them because they are inspirational. you can learn from them and they can serve as guides.

I agree with you, that is indeed the best quote. But i put it this way : If you really, really want something in your heart, then the universe will conspire in your favor. That book made me laugh and made me cry, really a treasure.
