I've read in a book that there are two kinds of people (students) in the school. The ones who want attention and the ones who don't. Which are you? I classify myself with those who don't want attention. Simply because I get much attention at home since I'm the only child.

I guess I'm somewhere in between. I like some attention, but I'm not the kind of person who want to be the center of attention all the time.

I really don't want any attention at school but then if you are on the top of the class and people just know you and you are all in lots of extra curricular activities, you can't help it but you get lots of attention. Sometimes, it is nice but sometimes it is not because it seems like your business is everyone's business. Almost everybody know who is your crush and then gossip goes around and your crush will know. That is very irritating to me...lol.

It's nice to have attention but not much attention. Also, that is positive attention when others just notice you for being good in a field or whatever. I just hate those people who want attention like for popularity.. Or those people who do such things just to get noticed.

i hate attention in school. i rearly do things which would catch the attaintion of others. due to these reason many of my teachers fail to know my presence. although during the question hour i like to answer my part of question as quickly as i can and then enjoy the rest of the time listening to the answers of my friends.

Some students like to have attention from their teachers like going to the point when they want to be so close with their teacher or give gifts to have high grades. In your case, teachers fail to know your presence.. that's bad. You should do good in class cause if they fail to know your presence the result is you will have a low grade in recitation.
