Pay off my parents' mortgage, buy myself a few houses (one with property to live in, a few as investment or vacation property), travel the world, buy my dream vehicles and my partners' (so I'd have to have a big garage built for him to putter with them in), buy a really good dog to play with in the show ring, take a bunch of leisure courses, invest a bunch, pay for both of my brothers' educations (and set up RESP's and investments for their children's), buy a small apartment block in the small town I lived in and rent it to responsible pet owners (there are NO accomodations to be found that accept pets, I had to sneak my cat in and out the 9 months I lived there) for a decent price and donate a bunch to my hometown's library and dog breed rescue foundations.
$100,000,000 is A LOT of money. The limits are pretty much endless if you're not too extreme.

is it in Philippine peso or in US dollars? if it's in US dollars, that would be more or less 50 million pesos.. with that, i'd spend it in the Philippines buying a car and a condominium, of course with everything you would need inside, and then spend about 10 million in buying stocks from Jollibee corporation or something better.. and shopping for life! heheheh! then, i would not really need to work that much.. ehhhe!
but if it's already in pesos, i would just pay my parent's debts, finish school and spend the rest on some things..
the thing is i don't join the lottery.. :(
