I get upto 10 mails like this, every week. All these are Scams. Later they request you to send money to release your winning...... Don't falldown into these scams.

I'm betting you don't even remember entering a lottery, do you? That's because this is a scam. They will either try to get personal information from you about your bank accounts, and then empty them, or they will try to get you to pay a "fee" for them to mail you the check (and you will never hear from them again). They may also try to get information that they could use to open credit card accounts in your name, run up the bills, and then leave you to deal with the fall-out of them not paying.
If you had actually won a lottery, all they would need is your name to put on the check and an address to deliver it to. IF they ask for anything more.

No it's a scam, try pasting their email on the internet and you'll see the entire letter as a link.

These are all scam & tricky games to get our personal information. Everyday I am receiving bunch of such scam mail in my mailbox.
I had tried one giving false personal information. The guy offered me the payment option in three ways such as bank transfer, door delivery & cheque. I opted for last & requested for payment. My option was canceled due to unavoidable circumstances & was offered for door delivery only. Still I accepted their offer & made request for payment. Then I was asked to deposit $5000 for their conveyance to. Did you think I deposit the amount.
So, we should refrain from those scams.

Did you play any lottery game? If so, did the mail come from the same lottery company you played with? Have you received any phone call to that effectIf no, it must be a scam. Do a search of the lottery company's name on Fraudwatch International's website to confirm or refute its authenticity. I have received several spam emails like that, falsely raising my hope of becoming a multi-millionaire. Beware of fraud, please.
