I would like to definitly sleep for relaxing my brain because its the best way...
though too much sleeps makes me feel weak but still
Though I skip sleeping in the afternoon most of the times and rather I would like to watch few nice movies or good soaps like friends or something or either some funny or inspirational cartoons. They do rejuvinate my brain a lot and I feel like working again.
Yet the best relaxation my brain can get till date is being with my Sweetheart.

i do meditation for 15 minutes every evening after days work out. it always makes me fresh again and relieves me from the day long exertion.

I think it's good to have relaxation time everyday.. for quiet contemplation. I have a chair in my room and on the porch that looks out over the outdoors just for this purpose.. Meditation is good as it is the practice of quieting the mind..
