Traditional dishes?!

I can't explain traditional dishes of my country because they are too many. But I can name them. In southern part of India, dosa, idli, vada, upma, sambar, pongal (sweet prepared with rice), etc are traditional dishes. Then, in Northern part of India, chole, rajma, dal chawal, sarson kasaag, makki di roti, etc are traditional dishes. In eastern part of India, fish, rasmalai, rasgulla, etc are traditional. In western part of India, bhel puri, pani puriu, save puri, dhokla, etc are traditional dishes.
