Have you ever received a scholarship?

No, I've never received any scholarship before. But im currently applying now on the Japanese Government Scholarship which is a 1 year process. I would really really love to have it. I'ss do my best just to receive something like it. I think UNIVERSITIES should provide more scholarships to both undergraduate and masters degree. Because there are many prospective students there that wants to study but just didn't have the money, and sometimes the scholarships are just to hard and the qualifications are just so much to handle by some who are also worthy.

I recieved scholarship after my graduate studies.But it was not anywhere near enough for my post graduate studies.The amount they gace me for one year was equal to the amount I needed almost every month for my books and other materials.I was lucky because my parents supported my education.I do think Universities should support students by providing more scholarships.There are many really aspiring students who cannot study futher because of financial constraints.The universities should do more to help such students.

Yeah, I received a scholarship, but only for one year. For me, the colleges should try because not all of the students in a certain college have money enough to support their education.

Yes I received a scholarship to complete my graduation in a foreign University. Thanks to that I finished my graduation and started working early, and achieved many things in life. yes I too think that universities should give scholarships, at least for college fees, if not for books and materials.

yup, way back highschool... i think they should coz there are lot of less fortunate but gifted students who weren't able to finish schooling because of financial problem.

i'm strongly agree with u.since i'm an engineering student, i really hope to get scholar from the industries b'coz we doesn't need to bother about finding jobs after graduation.are u an active student in ur university? if yes, i believe u'll get link to certain company/industry.shared it with me.we can exchange the contact.

i haven't. and i haven't tried applying for one. my university provides many scholarships mainly for athletes, honor students, working students, and those financially unstable. i don't think i fit in any of the categories though. i'm just a normal student. =)
