I so want a Nintendo DS ... but i'm sure it'll just end up being one of the "things I want but will never get to buy".
Although your review as renewed my interest in getting one. How much did you have to fork out for it??

I payed $129 for it at a Cash Converters store, which is a little over 1/2 price for it compared to brand new retail stores. Yet, cheaper than what other second hand places (like EB games) have them for (I researched :) ), well atleast in Melbourne. If you don't mind second hand stuff I'd highly recommend going that way. I got a DS carry case/bag thingy included in the price of mine, along with all cables and the stylus. The store let me try it out with one of the games they had there so I knew it worked, and I got a warranty with it (3 months if I remember correctly) incase I noticed any problems later on.)
I must say I'm quite addicted to it and don't regret buying it (my bank account might say something else though *haha*).

Have I mention Point Blank, that is a nice game too. Do you prefer to play alone or the multiplayer type? I like bomberland touch for multiplayers. Brain training is fun too , when played multiplayers. I think you can have up to 16 players, or have your boss buy a NDS too.lol. You can also play via WI FI or wireless through the internet. It's fun too.

Thanks for the response. I'm a Mario girl from the 80s so will definetly plan on buying them when I see them around cheap enough to fit my budget.

Have you tried nintendogs? I have the chihuahua version. It's really nice especially if you like dogs. I also agree with the New Super Mario bros. , really addicting as well. It is a must buy. Mario kart for me is a fun game especially when you want to have a race or multiple players, oh so fun!Two thumbs up for Mario Kart. Also I have this brain training. thA very educational game. I have played a lot. It takes so much of my time , I guess I am a nintendo DS addict. I sometimes stay up late finishing a stage, even if my eyes wanted to sleep. You can also try animal crossing. Actually it really depends on what you really are into. There are many RPG games that are really good. If you like music, I would suggest The Elite Beat Agents. If you're kind of a lawyer type, buy Phoenix Wright. These are just to name a few. Happy gaming!
