Is Mylot become slower?

For me the answer will be yes. I think that it because mylot has changed the interface. The interface is look nicer but i think it also make mylot slower to open. the connection in here is quite slow. it took 30-60 seconds to open mylot, now it takes more than 5 minutes to open it.
Do you have the same problem with me? Is it because the changes?

Well, I must admit that it is slow comparing to other website . This is probably because of the mylot community were too big and this will affect the speed from the server side.
I didn't make any comparison between the old and the new . All that I know is it is quite slow to begin with. I know some of the people may disagree because their are closer to the server since mylot were located in US.
Still this doesn't effect me much since I open several pages at the same time and do some typing while waiting it to load.
p/s I do like the new interface especially the weather forecast.

Well it kinda effect me much, because i open a lot of tab.

well, while waiting the tab loading. you can reply some of the discussion that you open earlier . this way you can same time and answer more. This is what I am doing any way , I also have a slow connection.

I have adsl 1024kbps connection and I don't notice that mylot become slower.Just after they change the interface for the first few days work perfect and after I open the page at the left hand when try loading shorties for my friends discussions didn't load any more,but still I can use the page as I want.5 minutes for open to open the site is too long.I hope it gonna be better for you soon.

i used free internet WLAN. it's slow about 1-2kbps, but it's free

May be mylot is getting slower because it had introduced alot of new features which takes longer time to load,but for me, it may not be much difference because the internet speed here is so slow, it alread took me around 40 seconds to load page before the new feature ,amy be it takes 1 minute now ,so it does not differ much.lol.

Thanks for sharing, I don't know that Australia have a slow connection too.;)
But i think that i'm the slowest T_T
